Freeha Rubbani, Clinical Intern

Freeha is a clinical intern completing her Master's degree in mental health counseling. Before stepping into this work, she spent years as an educator within the Muslim community, teaching children and women and building a deep understanding of the cultures and values that shape people's lives.

That background shapes how she shows up in the therapy room. Freeha works with BIPOC individuals, neurodivergent clients, women navigating identity and life changes, refugees, couples, and children and adolescents. She brings particular care to burnout, depression, anxiety, body image, and the school and life transitions that can feel overwhelming to face alone.

Fluent in Urdu and Arabic, Freeha is able to meet clients in the language that feels most like home, creating space where culture and faith don't have to be set aside to do the deeper work of healing.
