Our Team

Jill Soth, LAC

I am a  compassionate, client-centered counselor who works with adults, teens,  and children experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, and related  emotional challenges. With a warm, collaborative approach, I create a  safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and  empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.

Drawing  from a person-centered framework, I believe that each individual has  the inner capacity for growth and healing. Sessions focus on building a  trusting therapeutic relationship, identifying strengths, and developing  practical tools to manage difficult feelings and navigate life’s  stressors. Whether helping a child learn emotional regulation skills,  supporting a teen through identity and mood challenges, or guiding an  adult through periods of overwhelm or transition, I tailor treatment to  each client’s unique needs and goals.

I  am dedicated to fostering resilience, self-understanding, and  meaningful change, and I work collaboratively with clients to support  long-term emotional well-being.

I  utilize therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of my client,  including: person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative  therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused focused and  rational emotive behavioral therapy.
