Our Team

Iona Bailey, LMSW

(SHE/HER/ANY)

I am a therapist dedicated to fostering a supportive and affirming environment for my clients, I am passionate about working with neurodivergent populations—particularly Autism and ADHD—and I also specialize in chronic illness, disability, end-of-life issues, LGBTQ+ identity, as well as specific experience working with adult children of narcissistic or emotionally immature parents.

Drawing from my own lived experiences as a neurodivergent, disabled, and queer person, I bring authenticity and empathy to the therapeutic process. Incorporating existentialist and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspectives, I emphasize practical skills for navigating the complexities of identity, neurodiversity, and disability. I am committed to creating a safe space for all clients, helping them explore their challenges and celebrate their strengths.
